Arms and legs in sequence propelling
Across green waters, a blow-hole appears
Breathing life to a spectacular creature
Who's decided to get intimate
A pectoral fin slaps the water
As it glides smoothly past
My heartbeat intensifies
Senses intoxicated with this presence
This majestic, enormous being
Playfully, it brushes against
Cuddling close to reassure
A dorsal fin breaks surface
And then the flukes
Before delving down
A friendly display
And off into the deep blue
It goes, waving a fin
Bidding farewell and bringing
This interlude to an end.
