What does Christmas mean to everyone here? Do you like it or hate it? How will you spend it this year?
I used to love Christmas till some down years killed my spirit a bit but these last few years I love it because of the joy it brings to so many people. I totally love hearing the kids say wow when they drive past my house and see lights, and when they see Santa in the shops. This year our Christmas is going to be really tight, in fact we're postponing it for a few weeks. I'm working Xmas eve and boxing day plus New Years eve and day, so I suggested to my parents that we just celebrate later when there's more time for a relaxing day.
Without hope there is nothing

The door is jammed shut with Jack's cheese on toast stuck inside and the estate agent has informed me that since it isn't considered urgent, the repairs will be done within 2 weeks as per the lease agreement but of course it is Christmas after all so as of next week only urgent repairs are being done till the new year!!!! OK, I can live without the oven - but are they going to clean it when it's had cheese in it for a month!!!! 
I want the regular tape back which actually had a selection of DD songs on it.
